All sales are final. Unfortunately, we are not able to take returns on any item, as all our jewelry we made by order. We accept returns, for items damaged in transit.
International orders : We ship the products from Dubai after completing all export documentation, however all shipments undergoes custom clearance in each destination country. The custom clearance team of Fed-ex will complete all custom clearance formalities and if customer is liable to pay any import duty and taxes the same shall be informed by Fed-ex team to customer before delivery. Customer need to pay such amount before the taking the delivery. It is thereby advice to all our customers to check their country import rules, duties and taxes before placing the order.
This depends on the complexity of the piece and whether it is a straight remake of a piece on the website or a new design. But as a general rule, please allow 2 to 3 weeks (as stones will need to be sourced and approved). We will inform you on order of the estimated delivery time and notify you of any delay during production.
We request you to please make a video clip or take photos of the piece and contact us immediately with the damage. If the damage can be definitely attributed to the transit, we will arrange for a free return will either repair the piece or replace it depending on the kind and severity of the damage.
