WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
You can exchange your Diamond Jewellery for other Diamond Jewellery or a Diamond Gift Voucher equivalent to the invoiced amount of the jewellery item.
AFTER 30 DAYS AND WITHIN 1 YEAR OF PURCHASE
You can upgrade to new Diamond Jewellery after deducting remodeling costs, without exceeding 25%* of the invoiced amount. The new Diamond Jewellery selected must exceed the value offered for the old jewellery.
AFTER 1 YEAR OF PURCHASE
You can upgrade to new Diamond Jewellery, valued according to the market value of the material content. The new Diamond Jewellery selected must exceed the value offered for the old jewellery.
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS:
Jewellery for exchange within 30 days must be in original purchase condition with no signs of usage.
Jewellery can only be exchanged once within the 30-day period from the original purchase date.
Exchange or upgrade is only permitted upon presentation of the original Pleasure Diamonds purchase invoice or proof of purchase.
Verification and valuation for upgrade, exchange, or refund may take up to 4 weeks*.
Gold Jewellery can be exchanged for either Gold or Diamond Jewellery.
Diamond Jewellery can only be upgraded to Diamond Jewellery.
A refund is available within 7 days if a manufacturing defect is identified and cannot be repaired or replaced*.
Any charges incurred by Pleasure Diamonds during the transaction, including credit card fees, will be deducted in approved refund cases.
The Pleasure Diamonds Promise (For Exchange & Upgrade) does not apply to watches, pearl jewellery, or custom-made jewellery.
Jewellery can only be exchanged in the same country of purchase.
