Customers who place an order with a total value of AED 5,000 or more (excluding shipping, taxes, duties, and any additional fees) during the promotional period are eligible to receive a complimentary gift, which will be automatically added at checkout.

If any item from a qualifying order is returned and the remaining order value falls below AED 5,000, the complimentary gift must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging. If the complimentary gift is not returned or is returned in an unsellable condition, its retail value will be deducted from the refund.

The complimentary gift:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or another product.
• Cannot be returned separately from the qualifying order.
• Is available while stocks last.
• May vary based on availability.
• Is not eligible for trade-in, exchange, upgrade, or any complimentary after-sales services unless otherwise stated.

This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discount codes, coupons, or special pricing unless explicitly stated by Pleasure Diamonds. The offer is valid only on qualifying purchases made during the promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

Pleasure Diamonds reserves the right to substitute the complimentary gift with another item of equal or greater value if the advertised gift is unavailable. Pleasure Diamonds also reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse of the offer.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government charges associated with their order or complimentary gift, where applicable.
